Just a quick shout out to Frog Legs customer service. I placed an order for some caster wheels through Living Spinal, and my mistake, they were not compatible with my TiLite casters straight out of the box. I called Frog Legs to find out what spacers I needed to order to get them compatible, they transferred me to the owner, and they went above and beyond to get me set up, even though I didn't place my original order through them.
