Great value; friendly service – I'm sorry Adam had a bad experience with Gary and crew at Froesel. We have brought our cars there for more than 10 years and have found them to be professional, competent, and prudent with their services. Tire prices are competitive. Once when our 2003 van died (in 2010) we had it towed there. The symptoms of the problem were strange - sometimes it would start, other times it was dead. Poor Integrity – I'll just cut and paste from my complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I can't trust them anymore, which is all anyone really wants when choosing someone to repair their car. Unnecessary car repairs done and then not refunded when actual problem was found. Approximately July 25th of 2011, a problem arose in which when i turned the key to start my car, the lights, radio, power windows, etc. would turn on, but there was no sound from the engine or the starter.
