The Lab area was very inconsiderate and un cleanly. Did not know I needed an appt but was willing to wait to fit me in and waited an hour then left. When I first checked in someone was coming out of the lab and no on in the waiting room so I thought it wouldn’t be a long wait. The first 40 mins I waited there was no one going into the lab. Then within the next 10 mins there were 2 people in and out. Waited yet and no one was going in or waiting but me.
