Bad experience started with pre-op staff not having accurate notes from the pre-op visit that was mandatory before the pre-op during the actual surgery day. Nurse was confused as to why I didn't use the wipes that day since there was no note from previous visit that they never gave me them since I am breastfeeding (They also had incorrect history that they just copied and pasted from my last visit and they didn't submit their notes until about 10 pm the night before surgery so the surgery center had to call me to ask me the ... read more
I had tears of anxiety, tears because scared and tears because who wants to spend a day at any surgery center as a patient. I’m not normally one to do a review but this was absolutely necessary. I’ve had not one but two procedures done there so it’s not a coincidence. BOTH times I was there the staff ALL of the staff was AMAZING!!!!! They are there everyday for their job and were not at all desensitized to the feelings of the patient. They made me feel as if I was their only patient of the day. I trust them with my life. The Froedtert Medical System is a criminal organization. The bills don't stop coming, they don't match what the cost estimate says. $10k for an outpatient procedure.
