They dont answer phones hours waiting to get through ... Cannot contact doctors without hours of waiting the my chart pages on the internet don't work... Their mychart program is a flop it does not work CANNOT CONNECT... Too Many voice messages that take you no where.. would be nice to be able to call my doctors nurse without the phones discconected... 2 hours of trying to get a hold of my Dr is too much. Time to find a new Health care program....

I cannot say enough good about St. Joseph's. from the moment I walk in until the time I walk out the door, I am treated with respect. The entire staff is wonderful. Receptionists, nurses, and my doctor. All are very helpful and aware of my health issues. The care I get is outstanding.
Can not say enough about how pleased we have been with the care team at St Joseph's Kraemer Cancer Center. From front desk help to Dr Burfeind and Kristi Caddock everyone is fantastic.
A giant shout out and thank you to all the staff in the cardiac rehab center. Patty, Jackie, Matty, Stephanie, Craig and Abby are all super people who played a giant role in making me feel like a functioning human being again. Their knowledge and support was awesome. I would recommend this facility to all.
