Excellent staff, quick service.
I’ve had the best experience with every single member of the staff here from the receptionist, radiology technicians, nurses, and doctors. Everyone is great with communication and so kind! I had a biopsy and Dr Regner was simply wonderful and throughout making you feel comfortable and explaining the procedure. I’m happy I found this place where everyone is amazing!
I had a mammogram on 6/28/24 and 2 weeks later I still have not received the results. Froedtert - RAYUS Radiology billed my insurance and my insurance paid the claim on 7/4/24. Today is 7/12/24 and when I called to inquire about my results, I was informed that the results have not been read due to the clinic being short-staffed on radiologists. This is truly an unacceptable approach to providing care to patients.
I have had to use this radiology department more than I care to remember in the last several years and have met with nothing but cheerful, experienced folks from the moment I walk into the front door until I leave.
