This was our first visit ever to this clinic. My son was in a lot of pain and this clinic was closed to home than Children’s. NP was very rude throughout the visit. She scolded my disabled child for crying about his ear pain, she said it was “a place of work” and he needed to be quiet. I stood up to leave at that point during the interaction because of how rude she was, I ended up staying because my son was in so much pain. I called earlier in the morning to assist a family member, though unfortunately, I don’t remember the name of the person I spoke with—I wish I did so I could mention them directly. I was trying to schedule a follow-up appointment and understand that due to confidentiality policies, I can't speak on his behalf without authorization.
