I have used this walk in clinic twice and each time I found the staff to be friendly and helpful and the service was great.

This was our first visit ever to this clinic. My son was in a lot of pain and this clinic was closed to home than Children’s. NP was very rude throughout the visit. She scolded my disabled child for crying about his ear pain, she said it was “a place of work” and he needed to be quiet. I stood up to leave at that point during the interaction because of how rude she was, I ended up staying because my son was in so much pain. She was also rude to her medical assistant for offering me and taking a swab to check for strep throat... read more
