I had surgery in january 29 at Froedtert Specialty Clinics and was instructed to pick up my pain medication on the way home. Unfortunately, when I went to the pharmacy, they informed me that my insurance could not be used for the prescription. I asked if I could use a discount prescription card like GoodRx, as these are meant to help people who can't afford their medications. Never called after hospital discharge. Never called after clinic visit with the pharmacist. Called them to order, never received. Called again, said they would courier the order to us. Never received. Called again, only to be told they hadn't filled it yet. Finally, after 3 days now the package, containing anti-rejection medications, is supposedly on its way. Highly recommend NOT using their services.
