Horrible care, neither the nurses nor the doctor are good. I took my son because of a high temperature. When he arrived, they took it and apparently he didn't have one, seeing that his temperature was on fire. After more than an hour waiting in the room, I told them to take his temperature again because he had one and they didn't want to, until they did. If he had one, they didn't give him anything until after an hour, they didn't know what he had. The nurses were terrible care, they ignored you.
I was stung by a bee and I happen to be allergic to them. Mooreland Reserve Emergency Department was the closest so my wife took me there. Right from the start we should have left the first nurse I had a super nasty attitude and was basically talking down to me and harassed me as soon as we stepped into the room. We asked her to leave immediately and she had an attitude about that. Would give it zero stars if I could. Horrible emergency room. Horrible staff with no bedside manners what so ever. Dr Therese Gesteland was incredibly rude.
Sat for two hours without seeing anyone except the nurse who took my son’s blood pressure. Place reminded me of a morgue. People sitting waiting in rooms with no staff in sight. Save yourself some aggravation and go somewhere else.
