The best hospital I been to they see you asap if it’s nobody in the lobby they treat you like it’s a real emergency they didn’t waste no time putting the iv med in they got it in right away on the first try I love them I’m going back every time because I know they will take care of me
Had to take someone to the ER for an issue. Got in right away. The staff was able to get the situation stabilized. Unfortunately they didn't have the necessary equipment/personnel to do all the required tests. Had to drive to another facility for that. Depending on the nature of the emergency, we will need to consider going to a full service ER. Either Prohealth in Waukesha or Froedtert in Wauwatosa.
If I could give them a 0 I truly would. Horrible bed side manner and didn’t want to treat my mother nor be receptive or respective of her concerns. I never write reviews but this one cuts deep. Especially when you see your parent in severe pain and they aren’t being treated as a priority or worthy. Dr. Bridget Sullivan was horrible and essentially told my mother she can’t stay there and there’s nothing more than can do for her. Very disappointed in this ER department and I pray they do better in the future!
Dr John doesn't listen to her patients. I've had this same issue for 20+ years. I know how to treat it, yet she thought she knew better. Now here I am less than 2 hours after my visit wheezing and struggling to breathe. Now I get to suffer for 2 more days until I can see my primary care provider.
