This is not specific to this clinic, but to Froedtert main scheduling: After being a Froedtert patient for years without trouble, appointment scheduling is suddenly very difficult. You can call and get one agent who tells you one thing & call a minute later and get a representative who tells you the complete opposite. Several times the agents seemed to be from out of Wisconsin and are completely unfamiliar with Froedtert Health System and locations here. Excellent health care and friendly, caring knowledgeable staff.
This is the friendliest clinic I’ve ever had the pleasure of going to. They are professional and personable. The lab ( not that I love giving blood) the tech was wonderful. I never felt a thing We talked about the clinic and the doctors there. I want to change my primary to that clinic. Thank you!!
