I recently had a minor day surgery done at Community Memorial Hospital. I could not have been more impressed with every single member of the staff I encountered there. Admitting nurse Carrie Hubbell was kind and caring, OR nurse Colleen Malone was sweet and took the time to chat with me, make me feel calm in the operating room. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Nursing staff was loud, obnoxious and one even said "I had a party last weekend so I could try to get Covid. I just want to get it and get it over with." Covid is ALL OVER THIS PLACE." (Really makes you feel safe and secure when you Mother is brought into an ER by ambulance and could be battling for her life.) Heroes work here? Give me a break. I will never send another person I love to this place.
Our mom was in and out of Froedtert Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls for approximately 4 months. Her care was exceptional every time! Every doctor, specialist, nurse, CNA, technician - all staff - treated our mom with respect and dignity. Their professionalism, compassion, care, and patience were beyond compare. She was in the best of hands. We highly recommend Froedtert Community Memorial Hospital (Menomonee Falls). Our family couldn't have asked for any better.
