I was feeling quite miserable with a very bad earache, coughing and wheezing. It was a Sat. morn, almost impossible to find a Dr to see you! I wasn't hopeful. But went to the Froedert Northills Center anyway. I was immediately waved over by the front desk person and attended to immediately and politely. The clinic was very busy and I was informed about a long wait time, which I appreciated. Overpriced with very minimal communication overall. Was denied an endocrinologist referral despite having ovaries consistent with PCOS, was pushed to have laparoscopic surgery because I said my cramps were sometimes painful, I did one IUI cycle with them and had to figure out on my own that I was overpaying, they didn’t give me any info about my ultrasound other than “it looked good” and then told me to use trigger shot in a message, it just continued to feel unsupportive over and over again and now that I’m at a clinic I lo... read more

Very unprofessional staff at check in. Crass and concerning in appearance for health safety and germ prevention. Jewelry, bling, crazy hair, dagger length nails....... urgent care, also waited almost 3 hours to be seen for a five minute eye infection and cost hundreds of dollars. Overall, dirty, rude, unprofessional. Also so sick of their billing department screwing things up. Time to change over to someone else for primary care. Froedtert not worth going to anymore.
