Everyone was very professional and caring.
Unnecessary medical charges and ridiculous coding to billing. The room that you sit in for an annual skin check turns into a $910 procedure room if they do anything to you. Triple billed. No patient rights. Asked if a biopsy was necessary, provider said no, and I stated I did not want one performed. $1600 later....Also, noone answers the phone at the office, you get bounced around the automated system. Saw Dr zhang. She had a resident who came in the room. The resident was talking fast, I felt rushed with her. ! Wow I was hoping I got a better experience from dr zhang but instead it was much worse. Dr zhang didn’t even sit down she came in rushing over talking me brushing me off as though my concerns were all in my head and not any issues. then she was pushing to do a procedure on my face by burning it.
