The slowest and laziest staff I've seen. Save your time and go somewhere else.
I have the utmost respect and praise for the medical teams (doctors, specialists, NPs, PAs) at Froedtert and MCW, as well as the caring nurses, the schedulers, friendly check-in staff, and those dedicated individuals who keep the facilities clean & in good working order. This emergency sucks !
My very ill Mother had an absolutely terrible experience at this emergency room, and I feel compelled to speak up because there are serious safety concerns. The female reception staff were not only incredibly rude, but also shockingly lazy. In an environment where urgency and care are critical, they displayed a complete lack of compassion, professionalism, and urgency.
