I was seen here for extreme migraines after my neurologist recommended. The first doctor I had was fantastic (I'd give him 5 stars because he actually treated me and tried new ideas). After shift change, I was basically forgotten about. No pain management, wasn't checked in on even a hour after a spinal tap until I paged the nurse because I had questions about the MRI. First i. Don't usually go to the emergency room. I was transferred to froedtert hospital from an urgent care.due to possibly needing surgery,; so need to see a specialist im told. Waiting 7 plus hours, literally to see a docror. It's now 230 am. SMH. Sitting through 2.5 shifts. And counting bc im still here. They retake vitals evey 2 hrs but you are not put in a room so u do not see a doctor. May be they are short docs. You should be told the wait time up front before check in. The doctors that I had when I first came here after being transferred from froedtert new Berlin was very nice and the nurse that I have still she’s very nice as well but when the doctor switched over things changed. I still have the same nurse, which is OK but the doctor switched over and I understand that the ER can get hectic at times, but you should remain professional even at bedside. I want the fritter ER on the October 9th they said they sent me home with ammonia and fractured ribs a pac he's not even a medical doctor they didn't even give me a c-scan to prove that I had a crack ribs and I couldn't breathe they didn't give me no oxygen I'm a COPD patient froedterd medical college should be investigated
