Kim at the front desk was super sweet and helpful when I needed to reschedule and get a refill on a prescription. Dr Alyssa Tennies is by far one of the best practitioners I have been too. She’s very patient and understanding.
I think the receptionists need to be reminded that loud personal talk is not professional!!! It's like a gap fest...nonstop and loud laughing etc. also be quieter when saying patients information, being a little more aware of patient privacy.
