I had a scheduled appointment and they took someone before me. In addition the person that checked me in decided to go into the room with the APNP after that patient left to chat about some emails and other personal issues for 10 min then decided to see me after that gossip. Very unprofessional! I’ve been to this location several times and very disappointed with this visit/ service!!!!!!!!!
I had Covid right after Thanksgivning 2012. I went in to Urgent Care to get my leg PAIN checked out on 12/14/21. Dr. Cole ordered an ultrasound of my right leg it was determined I had DVT., blood clots in my leg. I told Dr. Cole I was also caughing up blood. He basically felt my leg and said he would call in a prescription for a blood thinner. Absolutely terrible place!! My dad had surgery on his leg and needed a mental evaluation but they won't evaluate him. The nurses there won't even help him to go to the bathroom and then yell at him if he has a accident in the bed. The nurses and doctors there don't care at all about their patients. Just the money. He desperately needed mental evaluation but they are more worried about getting him out the door because of having accidents in his bed. I recently had a minor day surgery done at Community Memorial Hospital. I could not have been more impressed with every single member of the staff I encountered there. Admitting nurse Carrie Hubbell was kind and caring, OR nurse Colleen Malone was sweet and took the time to chat with me, make me feel calm in the operating room. The surgical team - Jessica Jacobson and Amber McHenry were also wonderful. And finally the surgeon himself, Dr. Pawar was terrific. If I could leave 0 stars I absolutely would. Nursing staff was loud, obnoxious and one even said "I had a party last weekend so I could try to get Covid. I just want to get it and get it over with." Covid is ALL OVER THIS PLACE." (Really makes you feel safe and secure when you Mother is brought into an ER by ambulance and could be battling for her life.) Heroes work here? Give me a break. I will never send another person I love to this place.
Our mom was in and out of Froedtert Community Memorial Hospital in Menomonee Falls for approximately 4 months. Her care was exceptional every time! Every doctor, specialist, nurse, CNA, technician - all staff - treated our mom with respect and dignity. Their professionalism, compassion, care, and patience were beyond compare. She was in the best of hands. We highly recommend Froedtert Community Memorial Hospital (Menomonee Falls). Our family couldn't have asked for any better.
