My 6 year old was taken care of very timely and with very much kindness!
TLDR; would not recommend this ER, nurses are kind but doctors come off as arrogant. I came in with classic symptoms of heat exhaustion: nausea, dizzy, throbbing headache, fatigue, confusion, etc. My fiancé took me because she was scared. Nurses and reception were very kind. The doctor, however, was not. He told us I was too young to have heat exhaustion and he "didn't want to go chasing anything" so he discharged me after giving me one cup of water, two ibuprofen, and some nausea meds. The entire staff was fabulous. The receptionist was very friendly and all the doctors/nurses were wonderful and took excellent care of me
very helpful friendly staff, clean environment, made sure i was comfortable and had everything i needed. got checked in right and taken care of right away. nurse debra was particularly lovely.
