I gave this hospital five stars but I do have a one star rating on a nurse that accompanied me two times I came to the ER twice within the same week because I had Some health scares The nurse that I’m want to talk about in particular on the first time that I met her, she complimented on my pants, which was very nice the second visit. Came in with a very bloody hand that was cut from doing something stupid, with a scissors, haha. The doctor was very thorough, accommodating, and personable. They did a nice job I can barely see the stitches/ scars in my hand! Thanks!
Love to All Nurses… BUT one of the Nurses SUCK at that Location !!! I got Water in my ear and I Could Not Hear… I got my ears cleaned before Ok… Nurse Stuck NEEDLES down my ear to clean… Hurt Sooo Bad !!! I still could not hear… Went home FIXED it MYSELF !!! FLUSH Ear with WATER !!! NOT METAL NEEDLES… I hope I Nvr get Charged for that Experience… Love All Nurses… Sorry but She is Horrible and Stupid Needs a Lot More Learning… or She did it on purpose to show her Trainer see me in Pain !!! ER staff was excellent. They diagnosed my husbands bowel obstruction quickly, stabilized him and got his pain under control, then transferred to main campus for surgery. All done within 2 hours. We are so thankful.
We visited this hospital for the first time this week. I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and skill of the staff. The facility was very patient-friendly. Always a fan of Froedtert's care and this trip did not disappoint.
