ER staff was excellent. They diagnosed my husbands bowel obstruction quickly, stabilized him and got his pain under control, then transferred to main campus for surgery. All done within 2 hours. We are so thankful.
We visited this hospital for the first time this week. I was very impressed with the friendliness, professionalism, and skill of the staff. The facility was very patient-friendly. Always a fan of Froedtert's care and this trip did not disappoint.
Took my 94 year-old mother to this facility because it was the closest one to my house and she felt like she was failing and needed some help after getting violently ill with a virus. Some of the nursing staff was very crude and unsympathetic to the fact that my mom was very frail and ill and 94 years old! The doctor on duty that day was also clueless in how to treat an elderly patient who is very ill.
