Blood draw experience today was pretty unfortunate - I needed several tests and was trying to tell the phlebotomist that the doctor and I discussed completing them all over 2 sessions. I have low blood pressure and am a small person and have passed out from giving really small amounts of blood. The phlebotomist seemed to have listened for 2 seconds and decided I was just afraid of needles, and wouldn’t listen to anything after that. Sami the MA was AWESOME with my son! He had a meltdown before immunizations and she was so patient, kind, professional, but most importantly empathetic and understanding towards him. That was a really hard situation for him and Sami made it so much better. 10/10 recommend Dr. Hagen! My 3 kids pediatrician left the practice and we established with her- all the kids had positive things to say after their physicals! I had an appointment for lab work, and I got in right away and she was courteous and it took less than 5 minutes. I didn't have to drive to West Bend or Menomonee Falls. So convenient!
