Went to the ER to be discharged and said follow up with cardiologist cardiologist are booked out months. The scheduling people are rude and don't even look. I called asking if my doctor had any openings and without a skip the person said "no, your appointment is their first available". Next time at least lie and pretend to check a calendar. If you have serious concerns for your health, look at Ascension, Aurora, or elsewhere if you can. Unfortunately I'm stuck here with my insurance.
Do not trust doctors who commit financial fraud and have integrity. I’m still waiting for my $35,000 for service owed. No one has contacted me! I am contacting the chair about this situation.
Came for appointment and was literally 2 minutes late, due to unknown construction on hospital grounds blocking the street to turn into the designated parking lot. Had to drive around the whole campus along with the multiple other vehicles being rerouted. Was told I was going to need to reschedule because we were 2 MINUTES late. Just deduct the time from my appointment! Nope! I believe my husband might still be alive if he had NOT been transferred here two years ago today. The Impella heart pump that was intended to be replaced by the hospital that sent him, was not. Instead, the cardiac team waited & played with varying medications for two more days. Abiomed's own manual for the exact device he had, states that it is intended for LESS THAN 4 days. Absolutely amazing and caring from the first time we met with staff. Very professional. We are happy to drive from Green Lake to see Dr Gaglianello and his staff and will continue to do so.
