I love the staff here at the Calhoun health center! My favorite receptionist makes sure that she’s accommodating Chaquita is the best. All in all the whole staff is amazing!
I'm new to the facility but from my interaction with my doctor, front desk, lab team and customer service. Ive had the best customer service experience with educated staff who knows how to listen and take action. The facility is clean. Best of all the inviting office culture to diversity and respect for all!
I had an amazing experience with the woman that drew my blood today, Ms. Rochelle Brown. She was so warm, jolly, and bright. She made me feel comfortable and encouraged. Overall, the staff has been amazing as well. Thank you so much for all your great work!
Tried scheduling an appointment and some blood work, and was previously advised by my dr there that if x happened, she would have labs pulled. The receptionist couldn’t care less and seemed annoyed I had called. Since my dr was out, she wouldn’t even forward a message to another Dr or nurse and just kept repeating that they don’t do that there. Called my old Dr and their receptionists were a complete 180 and I got my labs pulled same day. Even if the doctors are great here, the receptionists make it a terrible experience. Do... read more
Im not sure if Nurse Julie or Julia works at this location or the McKinley one but she helped me over the phone and was soooo sweet, personable and patient.
