When ever I need something for a formal occasion I always go to Frocks and Fashions. The quality of the dresses and shoes are better than any others I've found and the staff is focused on helping you create just the right look you want for the occasion. I have been very happy with everything I've bought!
Best customer service! I have rented tuxedos for small child to young adult. Bought dress's, shoes and bling! I will drive 7 hours to be treated like family. Does not matter size or how big your wallet is they will help you fine what you are looking for.
I worked at Frocks & Fashions throughout numerous prom seasons and I must say, Roxanne and the rest of the staff will go above and beyond to make any reasonable dreams a reality! From taking time out of their busy schedule outside of work to making every detail so it fulfills your wishes, Frocks & Fashions can get it done. When my husband needed a suit for his new job, he was able to call the store & speak to the owner and tell her what he liked & needed and she ordered it. we live south of Stillwater but when we asked if we could come up in the evening, the Ladies were more than accommodating. They stayed late to let him try on the suit and even hemmed the pants that evening, plus they steam ironed the shirt! Definitely Not the busy person friendly....just adds more unnecessary stress to life
I put a dress on layaway for prom and put the 20% down on it in November. She said I had until April to pay it off without any set schedule. I called today to cancel the dress and layaway and want my money back. She said it was put back in the floor and I can't have my money back due to a restocking fee! It costs money for the to walk over to a rack and put it back? The sales lady never said anything about not refunding my money if I changed my mind when I put it on layaway. Horrible business practice and crooks!
