Frocks and Frills is a MUST SEE in Wheaton! The store owner, Lindsay, is incredibly knowledgeable, personable and caters to a variety of individuals. Between women's and men's clothing, jewelry, purses, shoes, books, postcards - your experience will be unlike any other vintage shop. Lindsay is constantly bringing in new products and is meticulous about the quality, which means rips, tears and stains are nonexistent. If you're looking to make an impression - then this is your stop.
