Owned a Skyfarm property for over 20 years and am finally free of the encumbrance of the Fountaingrove HOA and their management firm run by Gigi LaFontaine. The monthly assessment is a complete waste and they provide no value added. Gigi will not answer an email, will not answer her phone and will not return a call. But Gigi was able to rip me off for a $300 fee just to sell my property. If you want to live in Fountaingrove, find a property outside of this HOA. Good riddance.
Very disappointing experience. She was very engaging and we all felt la Fontaine would be a good fit. Unfortunately this was a very unpleasant working experience. Will not converse at all via phone. Everything must be done through email at her convince. If you need anything don’t count on a responseI in a timely manner. As president of HOA she flat out would not respond when I tried to reach her and office was always closed.
