Attentive and responsive team! Great experience!
They used to be okay, before 2020. But since Covid kicked in, they've been horrible: Hard to get an appt., multiple bills for the same thing, prescriptions that couldn't get filled, because their office(s) couldn't get reached by the pharmacy, misinformation by the staff. Well, they are running a bunch of offices all over West and Central TN. I don't think they can handle them. Awful office management. And the doctors? I've been going to frix-jennings clinic for 10 years. I enjoy going there.
Potential credit card fraud? Went in for a routine physical, and only thing they did was draw my blood and have the receptionist read the lab results to me. She was a very nice lady, but she wasn’t trained to do this and had no idea what she was looking at. For a physical, they didn’t check my blood pressure, listen to my breathing, or even get near me other to pull blood. That’s not why I wrote this review. Satisfied patient for over 5 years until recently. I had a virtual vist with Dr. Jenninngs and after discussing my symptoms, there was cause for immediate concern. I was told that an appointment to see a specialist would be scheduled. I waited a week but never received a call so I called back and was told the nurse would call me. I waited three more days and still no call! I have found another doctor and specialist. Thank you for the lack of concern for my health.
