Elaine is a SLUM LORD. I was warned too late to not to rent from her, I was warned that she will go into the property when you are not home to look around. If the mail delivers your rent a day late, she will come to your house or have the sherriffs department deliver an eviction notice. She KEEPS all deposits. you WILL NOT get your deposit back no matter how how good the condition when you leave the property.
