On a 90+ degree day our first floor A/C shut off at 5 PM (and wouldn't restart) on Sunday. I emailed Fritz and he responded on Monday at 7:15 AM with a promise of a tech arrival between 8 AM and 9 AM. Techs arrived promptly and repairs started immediately. Now that is service!
Helped me a great deal. Their competitor tried to sell me all new units but Fritz repaired all my units in one day!
I’m a long time customer who would recommend Fritz Heating and Cooling for your home or commercial business AC/Heating system repairs and service needs. I’ve had several emergency calls with quick response repair turnarounds and yearly routine maintenance on my units. The technicians are highly trained and knowledgeable about how they fix and repair equipment and very good with troubleshooting and figuring out the problem.
Fritz and his team are truly masters at their craft. Extremely knowledgeable and well versed in all aspects of HVAC. There is no one else I trust with my home! Repair was quick, diligent and thorough, the whole time I was Informed of what was happening which made me feel apart of the team. Thank you FHC!
Fritz Heating & Cooling came out to my home in Sandy Hook and installed a full brand new HVAC HEATING & COOLING system. From the moment I met Fritz and all his guys, who installed the equipment and ductwork, I knew right off the bat that this company is a very professional company, with integrity and professionalism. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to get an HVAC system installed or replaced, to reach out to Fritz Heating & Cooling.
