Working with Fritz was such a pleasant experience. He was efficient and helpful through each step. Decent person, but average realtor. Not recommended if you are a younger buyer or you choose to buy a house during the holidays. realtor tried to influence my decision-making in the home choices that I wanted to tour, and told me I was worried about the wrong things, because he was so “desperate” to make a sale. Realtor decided to travel internationally and wasnt transparent about travel plans before leaving.
