I had water damage in a bedroom and had Fritz investigate it. They sent someone who had no intentions of getting on the roof because of an injury. This was a bad sign that I ignored initially. The guy proceeds to tell me that the damage to the ceiling was due to old plaster. There were no brown water marks. He said that that my problem happens in older homes. Fritz Roofing provided a great service to me. Doug Miller met me and assessed the needs for my leaking roof, pointed out simple, but important repairs that were needed that I didn't know I needed. A quote was provided and within a very short time (few weeks), the crew arrived, did all the repairs, left the property very clean and tidy. My repair bill did not exceed the quote. I'm very pleased with the workmanship and I like look of my repaired roof, flashing, fascia!
