I enjoy working with Dr Roc. He is very personable, listens to my concerns and treats me professionally. His nurse is friendly and doesnt make me feel foolish in any way. I am a RN also and sometimes medical people try to blow you off , but not this office. My only complaint was while trying to check out and make a new appointment, not one of the three staff in that area acknowledge me. After 5 minutes- I left. Didn’t make a follow up appointment
I was treated so well that I would have never guessed it was a Doctor visit. Everything was wonderful. It isn't everyone Doctor that takes your blood pressure as ,Dr. Roc did. It feels like he cares about you.
Friendly staff and service. Took the time to answer all of my questions.
Very rude and unfair let people go because of Insurance staff is out of control just a big s...show won't take my dog there
