Sales guys are great. We have purchased 2 vehicles from them & they’ve always been great.
Attempted to help my daughter purchase a car, however when I suggested a price that I would consider paying the salesman would not even consider working with my daughter on the price. The salesman did not even offer a counter offer. Don’t waste your time.
My husband and I recently purchased a car with Eric. He was very responsive and accommodating. He was able to assist us with all of our needs and questions. We recommend anybody purchasing a car at Fritz to start with Eric! If we have any car needs in the future we will certainly come back to work with Eric and Fritz.
A big thank you to Eric for helping us get our car yesterday! As soon as we pulled in and started looking at the one we were interested in, he was immediately outside with the key ready for us to check it out. He was kind and made the experience great without any sort of pressure. We stopped for the the car, stayed because of Eric! Very nice and very helpful! And we're very happy with our new (to us) car!
Go to a dealer that will give you a fair price for your automobile. They are out there but not here. You work so hard to purchase your car, so don't give it away! Get a fair price or walk away!
