I think it's important to share my experience with Fritts Heating and Air Conditioning today. Before July 4th we had a problem with the upstairs unit staying cool, and going over 80 degrees. From past experience I already knew some of the possible issues. It took several visits and the owner to come out twice and troubleshoot. The owner tells me he's not sure what it could be.
