Working with another HVAC Company, they wanted to charge me an exorbitant price or better yet, buy a new unit. This went on for 10 days in 90+ heat. I finally had enough. Saw a Fritts HVAC truck in the neighborhood. I then called Fritts and the owner after hearing my story, personally came out verified what the issue was, went and retrieved the necessary parts and installed them. As always, when my ac goes down, I call sid, they are at my house within a few short hours, always professional, nice, get the job done. Very reasonable in price. Great customer service. Highly recommend
