Disrespectful front line staff. Unable to send an order out correctly to our group for a dinner. Charged a 15% gratuity last minute to our group for an order at counter service/fast food type of restaurant. This was the 1st time we had ever had a forced gratuity charge. Our community non-profit group will not be continuing dinners with this establishment.
Just like Southern Italy....absolutely awesome! Worth the detour....we will be back!
