Hired to build an outdoor garden structure. His worker was left to do this unsupervised & did not use screws, but metal nails which started rusting shortly after it was finished. I said it should have been built with stainless steel screws & not nails. He didn’t disagree and said he’d come by to take a look, but never returned & after a dozen phone calls leaving him messages with no response, I gave up.
