Billy was great! He was pleasant, professional, and knowledgeable. He educated me on things that I needed be aware of for maintenance. He had the parts available. He stayed long enough to see the unit was working properly after the new part was installed. In the future, I will request Billy. Thank you.
I’m going to butcher the spelling of his name but JaWhan (sorry dude) was absolutely amazing! Guy went above and beyond and was so incredibly nice. Give him a raise! Also, very fairly priced! I expected it to be so much higher than it was. Super happy :)
I have been a Planned Service customer for over 40 years and have always been pleased with the service I receive. Thankfully, this fix was covered under my Planned Service contract. Sergio has always been professional and friendly. I know that when he is doing the job, that it is always done right. He is a real asset to Fritch Heating and Cooling.
I highly recommend Fritch for your HVAC needs! I have used them for a number of years for routine maintenance. Recently I encountered A/C problems. The service tech Simon S. quickly and accurately identified the problem, a leaking A coil. He installed a sealant and recharged the system. This temporary fix did not hold so I dealt with Andrew F their sales specialist in obtaining a new A/C unit. Alex and Richard came promptly and installed the unit on one of the hottest days! Review AWFUL EXPERIENCE. First guy that came out did not know what he was talking about. Said oh this is wrong no I mean this is wrong needless to say after 4 hrs they had to send someone else out. The first guy was on his phone more than anything I have video proving it. The other guy swears it was the piston and when he put it in we would be able to tell the difference.
