Dr. Cheng is personable, comfortable to be around, and knows what she's doing; she answered all our questions and was very professional and warm. Excellent bedside manner, everything in the office was very clean and organized, and everyone from the medical assistants to the front office staff was incredible. The phlebotomist put me at ease as well, acknowledged that I was right when I said I had "wiggly" veins, and still made for a very quick and easy blood draw. I can't recommend this practice enough. Dr. Yanshu Cheng was truly exceptional! I’ve always found it difficult to visit doctors due to past negative experiences, but my experience with Dr. Cheng completely changed that.
