I called to make an appointment for excruciating back pain. I was given a week out appointment which I thought was appropriate for a specialist. I arrived at the appointment and was only seen by a PA, never saw a doctor. I was given two prescriptions even though I told her I could not tolerate pain meds. I was told to try PT even though I told her PT hadn't worked in the past and my schedule doesn't allow PT. I explained I injured my back 18 years ago, I am past any PT doing any good. This was my first visit and I left very pleased. The entire staff were friendly and if I had any questions both Jenessa and Debra answered to my satisfaction and Dr. Orozco was a pleasure to meet and thoroughly listened and explained to me what was going on. Thanks to his team from this visit I would recommend to others to visit the office of Frisco Spine in Rockwall.
The whole experience from scheduling to helping me with my follow up visit is always so pleasant and professional. Dr. Orozco genuinely cares for me as a person and not just a patient which makes the visit so much more comfortable and he seems to always take as much time as I need to understand exactly what is going on. Thank you Frisco Spine for being there for me.
First Doctor that my husband has really been at ease with and feels confident in his ability to help him. I was impressed with the fact that he took the time to listen and talk to us until we were completely satisfied with all the answers. Offered his opinion, but also gave us the options to consider and left the decision up to us without pressure.
My first visit and other than the wait past my appt. time, it was a pleasure meeting all of the people working there, I enjoyed the visit and hope the rest go as well as this one.
