I love Frisco Quick Care. The staff is so awesome! I had a visit Sunday 6/28, Nurse Morgan called with my lab results Monday 6/29 a little after noon! That’s fast service with a smile! She was very caring in presenting my results, asked if it was a good time to talk, verified my patient info, asked if I had any questions or needed to speak with the doctor about anything I didn’t understand! If you are looking for an urgent care facility in the Frisco area, Frisco Quick Care provides a pretty standard, middle-of-the-road experience. The clinic itself is fine and functions exactly as you would expect a typical walk-in medical center to operate. However, they were not very helpful in our specific case during a recent visit.
