They were efficient in booking appointments and getting patients seen. The service itself was quick. However, the overall tone of the interactions with the staff was not very pleasant. It started at check-in and continued with the nurse in particular. The experience did not feel welcoming. That said, the quick service is why I’m giving three stars. This is something that could definitely be improved.
