I called Monday morning and they were able to get me in that day... Dr. Sanders was able to check my tooth and fix it that same day!!! Everyone in the office are really nice and helpful... Highly recommend them!
MY visit to DENTAL ARTS OF FRISCO was totally AMAZING. My hygienist/TI, TEA, pardon me for the name clarification....she was absolutely PERFECT. She was thorough, quick, I could understand her, she was gentle...no discomfort. Then I got to see DR SANDERS, who is always a ‘BURST OF KANSAS ENERGY’...she is a pleasure to have if I ever need treatment or procedures. My first impression of the staff was that they were very polite and friendly. However, the office was a bit dirty and dark. I saw dusty furniture and floors. In addition, one of the oral hygienist was constantly on her phone walking around the office.
Excellent service, everyone is so nice and professional. Very personable personnel.
When my former dentist didn’t accept Medicare, my sister and brother-in-law recommended Dr. Garry Phillips who did accept my Well-Med Insurance. I have been more than pleased with him, his administrative staff, hygienist, and LaLa (dental assistant). They are friendly, professional, and efficient. I am a new client, but after having my teeth cleaned, a crown replaced, and a surface filling , my review is heartfelt.
Dr Sanders & her staff do a wonderful job. She is the only dentist we have used since moving to Frisco. Highly recommend her.
I have really enjoyed coming to this dentist for the last 5 years. Until recently I have had the same hygienist. The last 2 times I had 2 different ones. Both did a good job, but I liked having the same person when I went back. I will say that the one I got this time basically said nothing the entire time. went from one activity to the other like I was a practice dummy. Dr. Sanders is a wonderful dentist, but thr office staff is hit or miss. One of the women in the front office was extremely rude to my elderly mother for knocking on the door instead of calling in. Elderly people are not going to call; where is the customer service?
Dr. Sanders and her team are simply the best. My experience with this visit 1st began with setting-up my appointment. The front office staff is exceptional with special recognition going to Crystal; she’s amazing. I was in and out in less than 30 minutes for an emergency filling procedure. I’ve been a patient for over three years and I can’t imagine going anywhere else for my dental care.
