Just saw Dr. McClure for the first time. She was recommended by my P.A. At Bent Tree Family Physicians. She immediately put me at ease and had amazing bed side manner. I highly recommend her if you're looking for a female OB/GYN.
Dr. Jennifer Bailey has been my OB/GYN for 10+ years and has seen me through 3 pregnancies. She is absolutely AMAZING...and the only reason I stay at the office. Her MA, Aricely, is super sweet too. The office staff, on the other hand, is less than pleasant. I've had several problems with the office staff. Most of them aren't very nice or welcoming. I think the doctors should get together, do a complete staff overhaul and start over.
This office is a mess! They misplaced my records initially and it took them 3+ weeks for them to even put me on the schedule for a new pregnancy, and that was after calling to follow up 3 times. They then scheduled me for a sonogram that I specifically said I didn't want and that led to me being at their office for 2.5 hours for a 3 minute sono (that cost extra) and a blood draw. I requested my records sent to a new ob who didn't have a rude and disorganized office staff and it took them over 2 weeks to do that and blamed th... read more
I'm done with this office. I forgot to make a appt for my annual check up. I got a certified letter from them that if they didn't hear from me in 14 days they would discharge me for non compliance. Maybe a friendly reminder would be nice. I felt it was just rude.
