Dr. Rizvi is a good doctor, although he is afraid to prescribe medications that I have told him that have helped me in the past. I don't know why this is, but my primary care doctor helped me and the relief was like night and day

I have been seeing Dr. Rizvi since 2022, and he is truly the most compassionate, patient‑centered psychiatrist I have ever worked with. Don't see the therapist here if you have DID, unless you have it very well controlled, otherwise she will kick you out the door and not even give you a referral. Luckily I was able to find a therapist trained by Dr. Ross and I am doing much better. I dont think she was able to tolerate it when I switched, even though she claimed to have extensive experience with DID. Im not sure. She never explained it to me. I was very hurt by her dumping me. I was starting to trust her.

The drive was extremely far for me at this time of day since I work nights. But I was disappointed at the fact that arrived 10 minutes prior to my appt & had to wait an additional 10 minutes but the session ended within 20 minutes along with the fact that he had to take a call during it.
