Dr. Ricker was wonderful. She was friendly, very thorough and professional. Took the time to explain my eye health. Then Tim helped me choose a great new pair of glasses!
Dr. Clark is very patient and clearly explained every minute detail of her diagnosis and helped me understand through out. She answered all my questions and address my concerns. I highly recommend her!!
glasses cost quite a bit more than costco. i don't mind paying a bit more to help the little guy, but i expect good service. the office sent a text letting me know my glasses were ready, but the text didn't work (i tested it standing in the office, and the office system is faulty). i stated that the office ought to have made a phone call when i didn't respond to the text. office manager replied "most people would have checked for themselves. both of us are at fault." i disagree. the practice has a duty to provide excellent p... read more
Our family has been going to this place for years, actually since it opened. 6 of us are their patients. Today I had a bad experience at the facility. The staff in the front was rather rude for being late to the appointment by 10 minutes. As we reached there were 2 other customers ahead at the front desk that they were helping. I waited there patiently, when they got to me asked my name, looked at time and rather rudely told me they cannot see me because I was late!!
