Dr Allen and his staff are amazing!! Had carpal tunnel surgery, and it went super smooth. I’m usually a scaredy cat, but they were so sweet and calming, I made it through like a pro! I’m so grateful to them for helping me get back to younger days, when I could actually feel my fingers!!!
Dr. Allen is my wrist saint...seriously. I had a compound fracture of my left wrist. (Dr. said it looked like a bomb went off in my wrist.) The first surgeon put it back together but implanted a plate that had been recalled. All 5 of the screws broke inside my wrist. Due to insurance issues, the first surgeon could not do the repair so I had to find another. The next surgeon refused to see me because she didn't want to deal with someone else's problem. Love them all , Dr. Allen spent good time with me and his staff answered all questions and the place is Beautiful...great experience!!!
I don't know how I got so lucky to find such a great doctor. Dr. Allen is always warm and makes patients feel comfortable. Not to mention, his staff is absolutely stellar to boot. I had a pretty bad fall yesterday, and Dr. Allen and his staff went above and beyond to ensure that no only I was seen immediately, but also that I was receiving the proper instructions for care. Thank you so much for everything!

Came out and Was Amazed with Dr.Allens Work!! I would recommend Him For Everyone! He has a Great bedside manner. The Plano outpatient that he does His surgery at is Very nice and the nurses there are very good. He has the Best Staff at his office. I give him a 10!!
