Doctors are fine but the staff is terrible. Keep asking for payments which are already made. They do not update the systems and are extremely rude and unprofessional. Alexis - Dr. Rinku Mehta’s receptionist refused to give an appointment for the doctor Because I was in pain after my surgery and did not wanted to leave a message for the nurse. She hung up the call when I told her I am in pain and need help and I do not want to keep leaving messages for nurse. I am not sure what I need to do to get help
We started to see Dr. Ku because a great friend recommended him. He has great bed side manner, however, he never listened to me. At my first appointment I explained which medicine worked for me the first time I had a baby and so he insisted that all the new medicines are better and he will get me pregnant. RecommendedI’ll try to keep this short... Dr. Ku is an absolute God sent! I spent 2 years dealing with an abnormally aggressive and dangerous fibroid. I was passed from doctor to doctor and was told again and again that I would need to have my uterus removed in order to safely remove the fibroid, keep in mind that I’m only 27 with no children yet. This fibroid caused me immense pain, at one point i actually delivered the fibroid out of my uterus and it was sitting in my cervix which led to 3 hospitalizations for blood transfusions. You would think that the employees (front desk staff) would understand that they are working with patients that are CLEARLY emotionally drained, considering they're having to even be there, and maybe treat them with a little bit more decency. The amount of rudeness and attitude given by them is so unprofessional and inconsiderate. The rest of the staff are great and very helpful. RecommendedI was referred to Dr. Barnett from my OBGYN after my 3rd miscarriage. He reassured me that he would get to the root of the problem. After running a series of tests, he found nothing wrong and he informed that I would have a baby one day. Fast forward to a year and a half later, the day I found out I was pregnant, he saw me in his office the next day. He had blood work done and took the correct precautions by putting me on medication. RecommendedWe are so grateful for the Dallas IVF team! Our journey to parenthood took a couple of years, but Dr. Barnett and his team guided us through each step. They are extremely knowledgeable and will help you evaluate the available options. The nurses and staff are wonderful and very supportive!
RecommendedI can not recommend Dr. Havemann or the staff at the McKinney office enough! Every visit I was greeted by the ladies in the front office and really felt like the nurses/techs remembered me from each of my prior visits. Anytime I called to speak with a nurses I was either connected immediately or got a returned call promptly (this is not common in my previous experience). RecommendedIt is with a heavy heart that I edit my glowing reviews (and I’ve posted several). I would like to start out by saying the doctors are still PHENOMENAL. I can’t recommend them more.
