I went in for appt with my mask just below my nose because I have severe asthma. I was told to put it over my nose and I informed her that I had breathing issues and she didnt care one bit. She told me it had to be up regardless. So she was forcing me to wear a mask even though I told her I had a medical issue. This is against the law and plan on following suit.
