Howard (the owner) is just about the kindest person I have ever met. He’s also really smart, caring, and hard working. He knows diamonds like nobody else! He’s always available & no question is a bad question. He wants you to have what you want. This is very important to him. After working with Howard, I will never go anywhere else!!

Howard is great! Personable, honest about the quality of pieces and concerned about doing the best he can for his customers. We had a bundle of estate jewelry and he took the time to go through all the pieces and even check one of my personal pieces. Will definitely look to him for future jewelry needs. :)

I absolutely love my engagement ring. My now fiancé and I went to several jewelry retailers before going to Frisco Engagement Rings and nothing compared to the experience Dean and Howard provided. They had a cool box full of different bands with a magnet that allows you to add diamonds of different shapes and sizes. This was a game changer for someone as picky as me! Howard was absolutely great! I was able to get my engagement ring appraised with him and he got it done in less than 30 minutes! He was so kind and you can tell he knows what he’s doing. My fiancé and I will definitely be looking for our wedding bands with him. Thank you again Howard!
