RUN. Do not trust this dentist office. I have never had teeth issues in my life. Upon my 2 years here I was told I have gum disease and spent thousands of dollars on laser and deep cleanings. I always felt they were hiding something and running me through the process to see what I would pay for. I finally made the decision to switch to a new dentist. Stay far away. New owners ran it to the ground. All the want is to upsel. Horrible customer service. Would not release my x-rays to me or my new dentist for over a week. Would give 0 stars if it were possible.
I visited Frisco Crossing Dental Group in April as a new patient for a simple cleaning and check-up, and unfortunately my experience was extremely disappointing. After waiting nearly two and a half hours in the lobby for no explained reason, I was finally called in—only to be told I supposedly needed an immediate full deep cleaning, that I had gum disease, and that my teeth were in “very bad condition.” They quoted me well over $1,500, pressured me to schedule the procedure right away, and didn’t even ask if I felt comfortab... read more
I have been to this office before and had a better experience, but this time was subpar. After being scheduled after my last cleaning and confirming my appointment three days before it was scheduled, I received a call that the location I originally planned was closed (how could I have booked and confirmed if it wasn't available?).
