Went to Frisco Crossing Dental for the $59 exam, cleaning, and X-ray. They told me I had gum disease and pushed nearly $10,000 worth of procedures even after a so-called “discount.” I’m back in California and my trusted dentist said I only needed a regular cleaning. This place is a money grab. Always get a second opinion before believing their diagnosis.
They did good work, ran on time, and never pushed extras. Everyone was friendly and professional, scheduling and rescheduling was easy.
RIP OFF !! NO PROCEDURE DONE YET, OUT-OF-POCKET COST IS CLOSE TO $1000!!!! This place is a SCAM!! Before visiting for basic cleaning, we ensured that this service is within our network and that there is no additional cost to the patient. However, they did some evaluation after a 2-hour wait, BUT DID NOT perform ANY CLEANING on some EXCUSE and YET BILLED TO PATIENT (AFTER INSURANCE), us close to $1000. ***AVOID THIS PLACE***
The group of women that are there are wonderful .all are so nice and professional. When talking to them it makes you feel like you belong there..
