* Warning about Dr. Ortiz (periodontist) * I had a procedure with Dr. Ortiz in 2023 that left me with lasting trauma, and possibly chronic TMJ pain. When undergoing a procedure, I was left alone by her assistants (not friendly, rude with an attitude) after they administered the anesthesia. As they left me unattended, my arms and legs became numb, and I could barely move to flag someone down, so they obviously gave me too much and didn’t have the common sense to watch over me. Once they came back, they brushed it off as if it... read more

My wife and I went in for a routine cleaning as first time patients. Despite having good dental hygiene habits and never having dental issues in the past, the dentist pushed very aggressively for both of us to get a laser treatment deep cleaning that would cost hundreds of dollars beyond what the insurance would pay. The dentist (Ruth) said I had gum disease but I haven’t had any symptoms of gum disease. They almost refused to do a normal cleaning when we declined the deep cleaning but they finally begrudgingly agreed to fin... read more

I was told to show up early. I come early and end up just waiting for my regular scheduled time. They aren't ready I wait longer for them to setup. Hygienists looks at my teeth and says I need a deep cleaning. They try to sell it to me high pressure like I'm buying a car. Hygienists refused to clean my teeth and told me I could leave after saying no to a deep cleaning. Looked like all the staff was completely different since I last came. Shame I have to find a new dentist office now.

Came in for a simple chipped tooth repair. Instead, I was told I had “dental disease” and pressured into a $1,000 laser cleaning. When I declined, they refused to fix my tooth. This practice clearly prioritizes profits over patient care and has no regard for patients' time or well-being. Avoid this place.

I was a dentist patient of almost two years till recently when two months back I went in for my four month routine periodontal cleaning. The hygentists refused to clean my mouth saying you need a deep cleaning. Smelled fishy so when I came to visit my parents in Florida I went to my parent's dentists who has also clean my teeth for the periodontal issues for two years prior to Frisco crossing. My dentist took a number count and checked the gums followed with you do not require a deep cleaning so the regular periodontal clean... read more
