Very Unprofessional people!
Strangest ATTEMPTED car buying experience ever. Over the past 3 weeks I’ve spoken to at least 6 different people, including a sales manager. I have one simple question I want answered. How much is a specific vehicle if I choose the incentive financing. Every one has told me they’d call me back. One said they’d have a manager call me. If this was just about buying the truck, I would give 5 stars. But if you need to talk to these people after your purchase, good luck. Therefore, 1 star. Phone calls go unanswered, etc. They have a check sitting at the dealership to payoff the loan and they have zero urgency in resolving this situation. Don't buy from people like this.
8 failed attempts to reach a live person in service through both local and toll free lines. After trying different options, call always goes into a black hole and disconnects. Seems that’s a critical and simple business operation to fix. Bad first impression.
The service department was well-organized and efficient.
