Went in for an alignment on my Promaster after the rear suspension hit a boulder backing into a parking space. The service advisor, Daphne, confirmed with me several times I wanted a 4-wheel alignment. I said yes several times dropping the vehicle off and after I left she sends a text message asking if I wanted it done. Again, I said yes. Couple hours later I get a text the van is done. What a joke of a dealership. Inquired about a Wrangler that has been on the lot for almost six months. Said I wanted to work this remotely, and then if the numbers worked out I'd come in that day and finish things out. Was told by someone that apparently has no real power that "their team" or "their manager" would reach out shortly. After five hours I reached back out.
