Not happy at all with my experience and the money I wasted here. I booked an appointment online and it was confirmed. When I walked in they said they didn’t have any record of it and told me to come back in 2 hours and when I did, I still had to wait 30 minutes before we were even addressed. It was also close to their closing time and it was clear they were rushing our mani pedis and were trying to just finish as fast as they could. I have had problems with chipping days after the dip was applied. Today for the second time in two months, I walked in for new dip application and the same thing happened. On both Sunday afternoons there were 2 to 3 customers, but no service available for an hour and 1/2. I saw only a couple of people working... a bad sign.
I would give zero stars if I could. I have never had this issue at any other nail salon I have been to but since I got my nails done here, each and every single one of my nails has completely chipped in half and broken off. They look horrible and feel horrible as well and I’m not even sure how long it will take for them to grow back. I don’t mean a small chip on the tips, I mean literally cracked from the very middle of the nail on every single finger nail and now on two of my toes as well.
