This past Sunday went to Spring Grove Frischs for breakfast. Found out they jacked the price up for their weekend breakfast bar to $12.99. For that I managed to get some cold sausage patties, barely warm biscuits and gravy(which was thin, by the way), scrambled eggs that looked like theyd been in that serving fish for about 24 hours, and no bacon whatsoever. Ugh, this places is awful. My son waited over 10 mins in drive thru and no one took his order so he finally pulled to window where the lady was extremely rude, and rolled her eyes and shook her head...terrible customer service and workers!

I arrived at the drive thru with 2 cars in front of me. I waited a total of 45min from arrival to getting my food. I come here often and have never waited that long. The fish sandwich was cold. The big breakfast had burnt sausage, the scrambled eggs had hard chunks in them which I assume were egg shells. The pancakes that come with it were missing entirely. ***** ** I am contacting to let you know that it must be really hard times for Frisch's to start serving soup out of a plain white styrofoam cup the size of the slaw. I have ordered it 2 times since and came in an unmarked cup as well. The quality in the buns, sandwiches and all the food has gone down hill over the last couple of years. This used to be a decent mid range restaurant but not any more. Most of the locations in Cincinnati are really dirty too!

I used to love to go eat at Frisch's. When they opened one in Dry Ridge Ky. I was excited. I couldn't wait! The euphoria stopped when it opened. The service is terrible. You can see several people standing around behind counters and glass walls, while you wait for 5-10 minutes for your server to come wait on you. The food takes so long to get to you, you wonder if they even put your order in. If it is right when it comes, great. I am 67 years old. I ate my first Big Boy in 1959. I used to love Frisch's. However, the quality has gone down hill over the past twenty years. I am definitely sick and tired of getting diarrhea (food poisoning ??). Where is the Health Department ?? Does anybody care ?? What a shame !!!! David F***** (the founder) is probably rolling in his grave right now. ??

Ever since they changed owners. Frischs has been giving me diarrhea everytime I eat it. Doesn't matter if it's a sandwich,wrap,breakfast. The only thing that I can think of is the grease the owner uses. It's happened on point multiple times. I love there food but.... yeah

The Frischs in Louisville, Kentucky, Dixie Highway *****is the worst place ever. 9% of the employees need to be fired and they need to start over new! There are little underage girls working up front who stay high and reeking of drugs, way too many manager/employee relationships going on, just about everyone there is on drugs. Everyone is rude!
